Shipping & Return Policy

We ship within 1-2 days of ordering

Most orders are shipped within 12-48 hours of order placement excluding the weekends. We use SingPost or J&T Express courier services which fulfils within 3-5 Day for most products, depending on how many items are ordered.

Our Retail Outlet and Warehouse is Located at 217 Henderson Road, #02-06, Singapore 159555.

Ordering Processing Times:

– Aside from weekends and holidays, we process everyday orders in fewer than 24 hours.

– Email confirmations for successful orders will include the order information. Please check your spam filter or get in touch with us for confirmation if you don’t get an email.

– Email confirmations for SELF PICK UP would be indicated that your order has been processed finish and is ready. Please check your spam filter or get in touch with us for confirmation if you don’t get an email.

– Contact us right away at support@theplayground.com.sg if you need help with your order. After your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to modify it. This includes modifying your mailing address.

– Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for returned or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a customer is not satisfied with the product they received, they may request a return. A refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees) will be issued once the item is received.

Costs of International Shipping

All international in stock orders are shipped within 12-24 hours. We usually use DHL / FEDEX which takes about 2-5 days for shipping depending on the amount items ordered. (All International Orders Shipping Fees are currently calculated on demand basis. Please Whatsapp us for more info.)

PRE-ORDERS DOMESTIC (SINGAPORE)

Pre-Orders do not ship until they are in stock, the estimated date of arrival is listed on the corresponding product page. If you order contains some items that are instock and some that are Pre-Orders, your order will NOT ship until the Pre-Order is in stock, the rest of your order will only be shipped together unless otherwise instructed.

PRE-ORDERS INTERNATIONAL

All international Pre-Orders ship once the items ordered are in stock, if you order contains some items that are instock and some that are Pre-Orders. Your order will NOT ship until the Pre-Order is in stock. Due to high shipping costs of international orders, we cannot split the order, hence we wait until the Pre-Ordered item is in stock to ship it all at once.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags and labels still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us at support@theplayground.com.sg to request a return. In case your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won’t accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Issues and damages

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.

Items that are exempt or not returnable

Unfortunately, Return Lots and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method.
