Ever since its release years ago, the Mini 4WD model kit “Hong Kong Racing Taxi” – a highly detailed model that authentically captures the look and feel of Hong Kong’s iconic red taxis – has been beloved by local and also global fans. Now, Tamiya Hong Kong proudly introduces a new addition to the lineup: the Hong Kong Racing Taxi (Green Special)!
The Green Special Version faithfully reproduces the New Territories Taxi, known locally as the “green cab,” which has served the New Territories region since 1976. As a Mini 4WD, this model stands out with its rare fluorescent yellow chassis and matching fluorescent yellow tires printed with “TAMIYA MINI 4WD” and “WAIGO HOBBY.” The A parts are molded in green to perfectly match the taxi’s signature color theme, making it a true head-turner on the racetrack!
Item 92464 1/32 Mini 4WD Hong Kong Taxi (Green Special) (FM-A Chassis) Assembly Kit Version includes a special motor, first released in Hong Kong! The included Torque-Tuned 2 motor features the Lion Rock emblem representing Hong Kong alongside the Tamiya and Waigo Hobby logos, enabling this Hong Kong taxi to race at full speed, embodying the Lion Rock spirit!

Tamiya 18624 Hotshot Jr. (MS Chassis)
Tamiya’s first R/C 4WD racing buggy “Hotshot” now lines up in the Mini 4WD PRO Series as the “Hotshot Jr.” The dynamic form, front/rear dampers, large rear wing and minimum body cowling are all realistically reproduced on the modern MS Chassis, as well as pin spike tires on 4-spoke wheels which raise the mood of the buggy. This assembly kit creates a thrilling Mini 4WD racer called the DCR-02. Its stylish yellow ABS body is the work of Takayuki Yamazaki, who also designed the DCR-01, the first model in the DCR series. The DCR-02 body is comprised of three separate components - front cowl, rear cowl and rear wing - which can be mixed and matched with other DCR-02 bodies, and the front and rear cowls can also be used with DCR-01 components! Metallic stickers are included in the kit to decorate the body. The MA chassis is molded in gun metal color, with yellow A parts , plus Y-spoke wheels and stylish low-profile tires.
