Dash Yonkuro was serialized by Shogakukan in their monthly Coro Coro comic magazine
for five years between 1987 and 1992. The main character was Yonkuro, and his main
rival was Shinkuro”s Mini 4WD. In 1989 the Type-3 chassis kit went on sale and sold
2,595,021 units have been sold by 2004. Now this nostalgic Dash-3 Shooting Star body
comes mounted on the excellent MS Chassis.

TAMIYA 95425 1/32 MINI 4WD AVANTE MK.III RED SPECIAL (MS CHASSIS)
This is a re-issue of the classic Red Special version of the Avante Mk.III. As the name suggests, the Avante Mk.III appears in a mainly red theme, with special stickers. The model is based upon the midship motor MS chassis, which has detachable N-02 nose and T-01 tail units, and offers superlative stability and optimum weight distribution.
Tamiya 95550 1/32 Mini 4WD TRF-Racer Jr. Black Special (MS Chassis)
This Limited-Edition Tamiya Racing Factory Racer Junior kit comes in a black special color theme. The original kit (item 18613) came in white, blue, light blue and pink color scheme. The kit features a 3-piece chassis with nose, center, and tail sections for easy assembly. Double shaft motor drives all 4 wheels and is located at the center of the chassis with 1 battery on each side, giving the chassis excellent balance. The race car body is made from lightweight polycarbonate and is styled like a car belonging to Tamiya’s world-famous TRF team. Small diameter wheels with slick tires and 3.5:1 gear ratio ensure quick running performance on the track.
