Ever since its release years ago, the Mini 4WD model kit “Hong Kong Racing Taxi” – a highly detailed model that authentically captures the look and feel of Hong Kong’s iconic red taxis – has been beloved by local and also global fans. Now, Tamiya Hong Kong proudly introduces a new addition to the lineup: the Hong Kong Racing Taxi (Green Special)!
The Green Special Version faithfully reproduces the New Territories Taxi, known locally as the “green cab,” which has served the New Territories region since 1976. As a Mini 4WD, this model stands out with its rare fluorescent yellow chassis and matching fluorescent yellow tires printed with “TAMIYA MINI 4WD” and “WAIGO HOBBY.” The A parts are molded in green to perfectly match the taxi’s signature color theme, making it a true head-turner on the racetrack!
Item 92464 1/32 Mini 4WD Hong Kong Taxi (Green Special) (FM-A Chassis) Assembly Kit Version includes a special motor, first released in Hong Kong! The included Torque-Tuned 2 motor features the Lion Rock emblem representing Hong Kong alongside the Tamiya and Waigo Hobby logos, enabling this Hong Kong taxi to race at full speed, embodying the Lion Rock spirit!

Use this commemorative product as a place to store your treasured Mini 4WD car. It is black with white printed Fully Cowled Mini 4WD 30th anniversary logo and Magnum Saber illustration on the side, plus a clear plastic sleeve adorned with the wording TAMIYA MINI 4WD and the Tamiya logo in Pink. When folded up, the box’s internal measurements are 165mm x 105mm: the same as the official Mini 4WD car regulations, and the side has a printed measurement for 70mm (official height regulation) meaning that you can use it as a simple check for your car size. The ultra-efficient MA Chassis
The MA (Midship AERO) Chassis has its motor in the center, and features a design which focused upon achieving outstanding aerodynamic performance. It has a gear ratio of 3.5:1, 6 individual rollers, a rear skid bars and other speedy features developed thanks to years of design experience. The single-piece monocoque frame also guarantees that assembling and keeping the car well-maintained is a task that can be performed by beginners and veteran racers alike.
Tamiya 95604 1/32 Mini 4WD DCR-02 CLEAR BLACK SP. (MA Chassis)
This assembly kit creates the Ray Spear, a Mini 4WD racer with body designed by Japanese "Hyper Designer" Takayuki Yamazaki. Molded in clear green plastic, the body features a thrusting design and is lightweight and compact, contributing to a low center of gravity for the car; it features a detachable canopy which reveals a jet fighter-esque cockpit interior. Like the body, the VZ chassis is a lightweight and compact design, and here it is paired with dark silver color wheels and super hard low-profile tires.

The Heat Edge is the second exciting Mini 4WD PRO machine to appear on the new aerodynamically-advanced MA Chassis. The body of the racer brings to mind a modern prototype racing car with canard-type front fenders and the shark fin which stretches from the cockpit to the stylish rear. It is fitted with low-profile tires on sharp fin-spoke white wheels which make for a great contrast with the bright red body and its flame/chequered motifs.

This assembly kit will give you lots of fun racing this high performance Mini 4WD PRO machine. The centrally located double shaft motor effectively transmits power to all four wheels for optimum performance. The "One-Touch" three piece chassis requires no glue and is a breeze to assemble. You will enjoy the speed of this machine and its wide choice of settings. The robust form of Tankuro's favored machine the Dash-2 Burning Sun is still popular with fans today. The powerful armored style of this car has been arranged on the equally impressive MS Chassis. Pin spike tires and an N-02 nose unit are employed.
