Ever since its release years ago, the Mini 4WD model kit “Hong Kong Racing Taxi” – a highly detailed model that authentically captures the look and feel of Hong Kong’s iconic red taxis – has been beloved by local and also global fans. Now, Tamiya Hong Kong proudly introduces a new addition to the lineup: the Hong Kong Racing Taxi (Green Special)!
The Green Special Version faithfully reproduces the New Territories Taxi, known locally as the “green cab,” which has served the New Territories region since 1976. As a Mini 4WD, this model stands out with its rare fluorescent yellow chassis and matching fluorescent yellow tires printed with “TAMIYA MINI 4WD” and “WAIGO HOBBY.” The A parts are molded in green to perfectly match the taxi’s signature color theme, making it a true head-turner on the racetrack!
Item 92464 1/32 Mini 4WD Hong Kong Taxi (Green Special) (FM-A Chassis) Assembly Kit Version includes a special motor, first released in Hong Kong! The included Torque-Tuned 2 motor features the Lion Rock emblem representing Hong Kong alongside the Tamiya and Waigo Hobby logos, enabling this Hong Kong taxi to race at full speed, embodying the Lion Rock spirit!

To celebrate Waigo Hobby’s 50th anniversary in 2026, we’re launching a limited-edition HG Carbon Tune-up Part in a brand-new color scheme! 92449 HG Carbon Wide Rear Stay (3mm/Silver) Waigo Hobby marks Tamiya’s first use of silver carbon fiber stay paired with purple lettering, making it truly one-of-a-kind among tune-up parts! The 3mm silver carbon fiber parts are a rare specification that hasn’t been released in over a decade! This gives this limited edition product not only practical value but also added commemorative significance. The 3mm thickness offers greater rigidity compared to the standard 1.5mm carbon fiber plates on the market. It can replace modifications involving layered 1.5mm sheets, and the one-piece 3mm design provides enhanced strength and impact resistance. - Download the SkyCharger App from App Store or Google Play to install;
- Connect the dongle to the charger as illustrated below;

- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone;
- Open the SkyCharger to search for Bluetooth;
- When the device named [B-Dongle-XXXX] appears, tap to connect;
- When the connecting process finishes, the LED on the Bluetooth dongle will stay steady blue;
- Control and monitor the charger as you like.
